Admission Guidelines BCA & Bsc CS
For UG BCA admission at Calicut University, candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) or equivalent with Mathematics/Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology as a subject, and apply online through the Directorate of Admissions website.
| Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies)the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto with Mathematics/ Computer Science/Computer Application/ Information Technology/Informatics Practice/Informatics/ Additional Mathematics as one of the subjects are eligible for admissions (U.O. | Index Mark : Total Part III + marks secured for Mathematics in the case of Science group with Mathematics as one of the subject AND Total Part III + marks secured for Computer Science/Computer Application/ Information Technology/Informatics Practice/Informatics in the case of other combinations without Mathematics as one of the subject. | Tie Break : If there is a tie in the index marks priority must be given to Mathematics/Computer Science as the case may be. If there is a tie again, the marks of the second subsidiary and marks of English and then the marks for additional language/second language after general conditions | |
